If the membership sign-ups of appointed APO PhilRES falls below 50% of the PRC-registered real estate service practitioners by October 2012, their accreditation is AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
PhilRES got its accreditation anomalously because it did not start with the required 50% membership. So now, PhilRES is submerged at the bottom and climbing up to the surface to avoid drowning. PhilRES is not supported by IPORESP and PAREB, the top two participants of the integration race. While PhilRES is going around, bragging about their APO certificate and using it as a spotlight to attract loose fishes, the IPORESP and PAREB are looking at a possiblility of developing a mutually-agreeable IPORESP By-Laws to form a Genuine AIPO. By the time PhilRES accreditation is cancelled, IPORESP must be ready to show 50% sign-ups.
2012 ang renewal ng PhilRES accreditation, and most probably ma cancel yang accreditation nila. The expiration year of the earliest PRC-Registered RESPs is 2013. People won't sign-up in PhilRES until the very week they will renew their license.
So, don't stop reaching out to the RESPs in the grounds and help them sign-up in IPORESP.
