QUESTION: Sir John, as an organization, can we systematically upload or hook-up our listings to the Multi-Listing System of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) USA?ANSWER: NO. That is an issue of National Security and a threat to the sovereignty of the Philippines. It will enable a private foreign entity to access and analyze our real estate information, that may also contain information about our land owners and investors. Some nations would be engaging spionage services just to get those information. Why would we be stupid enough to just hook up our database for the Americans to access?
