In the Philippines, the licensed professional real estate brokers don't make so much earnings because 95% of the marketing agents are unlicensed/unregistered who are being tolerated by the Philippine Government. Sobrang dami ng colorum brokers, you can even see a lot them selling real estate openly in malls. The government is lame duck and the colorums are incorrigible. That's the truth.
