IPORESP is good for the associations

IPORESP NOT CHARGING MEM-FEE IS GOOD FOR THE ASSOCIATIONS

Question: Sir John, is it good for the Associations if IPORESP will charge membership fees? How can IPORESP help the Associations?

Answer? IPORESP does not charge membership fee to members. One of the reasons behind it is we assume that members don't want to pay duplicate fees to the IPORESP and to their Association. Kung merong P1,000 naitabi ang tao, doon na lang yan niya ibayad sa mga Association nya para mag survive ang Association niya, hindi na makiki-agaw ang IPORESP dyan. Pag mag-charge ng membership fee ang IPORESP, ma-uubos yang members ng Association, iiwanan nila ang Associations nila, kasi ayaw ng tao ng doble-dobleng binabayaran.

IPORESP supports the Associations. In fact, later on, pag magka-sundo ang IPORESP and Associations, maaring ibigay na lang ng IPORESP ang "Peer-to-Peer Social Functions" sa Associations katulad ng Christmas Party, Team Building Activities, Holiday Affairs, etc. Pag binigay yang social functions to the Associations, the IPORESP will surely "encourage" all members to join at least one Association para makompleto ang kanilang pagka-tao kasi klailangan din ng tao ang peers para mag grow siya kasi ang tao ay "social being" yan. Pero hindi pwersahin ng IPORESP ang members mag join ng Association, i-encourage lang, i-promote lang, yung mga ayaw ehhh hindi pipilitin.
