Try it yourself, try mo pumasok sa kahit anong ibang subdivision or condominium na ang purpose mo maghanap ng mabibiling bahay, hindi ka papapasukin ng guard at i-refer ka sa Admin Office ng Developer na meron nang naka-abang na Agent.

Kaya pag sinabihan ka ng Agent ng Developer na "Sir, magandang INVESTMENT eto", hehehehe huwag kang maniwala. Pag mabili mo na yan, they will do everything para matalo ka sa competition ng pagbebenta, wala kang kalaban-laban hawak nila ang mga guards dyan sa subdivision. Isang paraan pa na ginagawa nila eh ang tagal ng title lumabas, around one year bago ma release, mahirapan ka ibenta kasi walang title eh.
