The AIPO formation hijack plot thickens

May pruweba na po tayo na si ONG ay personally involved sa formation ng PhilRES. Si ONG ang nag-endorse ng By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation ng PhilRES sa SEC, recently lang eto nangyari. Tsk tsk tsk. Si PRB-RES Chairman ONG po ay nilista ko na as one of the movers of the DEFIANTS ng Integration Mandate ng IPORESP. Nangyari ang expectations ko. Hayaan natin sila. Katulad ng sinasabi ko, ang PhilRES ay defiant yan sa Integration. Gusto nila, Accredited agad sila, sila maghahari-harian, and ang demokrasya ay sunodsunoran lang sa kanila, gigisahin nila tayo sa sarili nating mantika. Ang dilim ay hindi mananig sa liwanag, kailanman.

Ang mga members ng IPORESP FB Group na eto ay open, makikita ng lahat kung sino-sino. Pero wala ni isang natitinag. Kung meron man, eh yun lang sigurong mga PhilRES na nagsisilbing "spy" dito sa page natin. Kahit sampung beses pa yan sila i-endorse ni ONG sa SEC or sa PRC, hindi natin yan sila i-honor, tuloy lang tayo sa Integration, tuloy lang sa tuwid na daan.

Patayin muna nila ako, bago ka nila magisa sa sarili mong mantika. Hindi tayo magkakakilala, halos 99% na sumusuporta sa advocacy natin ay hindi ko kakilala, pero alam ko na kayo lahat ay nasa likod ko. Hindi ako natatakot sa mga exploiters na yan.

Kusa kayong sumama sa struggle natin at ang pagkakaisang eto hindi na natin mababalikan in the future. Hindi ako nagkulang ng lakas na loob to lead this battle and hindi mababawasa ang tiwala ko sa inyo.

Tatlong sides lang naman ang pipiliin mo. Side ng Integration ng Democracy, side ng Oligarchs na Exploiters, and neutral. Kung hindi ka sigurado sa gagawin mo dahil natatakot ka sa mga naghaharing uri na PhilRES or PRB-RES, just stay neutral, be silent, and don't participate in the IPORESP Discussions in PhilRES pero magbasa ka ng postings ko ang comments ng iba para alam mo ang nangyayari. Basta kahit anong mangyari, do not associate yourself with PhilRES because IPORESP will have no mercy to the organized defiants - hindi yan sila ma-Integrate.

Fifteen (15) ka PhilRES members pumirma sa amended By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation ng PhilRES. So kung 2/3 required to do such action, meron yan silang 23 ka members. Sa 23 members nila, self-appointed ang 21 Board of Trustess. So lumalabas na ang PhilRES, merong 21 Board of Trustees and 2 ordinary member. Pagka konti!!

Ang sabi sa akin, lumalabas na ang most recent amended articles of incorp ng PhilRES ay pinirmahan ng 15 ka PhilRES members in the presense of ISANG CONGRESSMAN! So, lumalabas na "nag-punta" etong mga PhilRES kay Congressman. Na-alala ko, itong congressman na eto ay siya ring nagsulong sa House Version ng RESA na hindi masasakop ang mga developers sa RESA. Nung lumabas na kasama ang developers sa RESA, eto daw din ang congressman na nagsabi noon na sa IRR na lang daw mamaniubrahin. Pero hindi nakalusot ang maniubra sa IRR kasi nag onset na ang loss of trust and confidence ko kay Ong, inaway ko na siya sa internet, at nag-ingay na tayo.

Remember, malaking KWARTA pinag-uusapan dito. 4 Billion Pesos per year business ang CPE na ma-funnel ng PhilRES sa kanilang kaban pag maging successful yan sila sa pang-gigisa sa mantika natin. Mag neneto yan ng mga 2 Billion per year na paghahati-hatian nila. Kaya desidido yan sila sa crocodile dundee adventure nila.

Eto naman ang Final RESA na explicitely sinasabi na hindi kasali ang developers sa exemption.

SEC. 28. Exemptions from the Acts Constituting the Practice of Real Estate Service. The provisions of this Act and its rules and regulations shall not apply to the following:

(A) Any person, natural or judicial, who shall directly perform by himself/herself the acts mentioned in Section 3 hereof with reference to his/her or its own property, except real estate DEVELOPERS;

Kung maalalanyo pa, eto naman ang tatlong insertion attempts sa RESA IRR na pinakita ng PRb-RES ni ONG doon sa hawsiaw na public hearing na tinatawag ko na "TREACHEROUS". Kung ma-alala nyo, pinapipili tayo ng PRB-RES kung alin sa tatlong insertion na eto ang gusto daw ng mga pumunta sa hawsiaw na public consultation. ONG ATTEMPT #3. SEC. 28. Exemptions from the Acts Constituting the Practice of Real Estate Service The provisions of this Act and its rules and regulations shall not apply to the following: A) Any person, natural or judicial, who shall directly perform by himself/herself the acts mentioned in Section 3 hereof with reference to his/her or its own property, except real estate developers who are real estate practitioners, as defined under Section 3g. For this purpose, however, those who are employed by such persons/entities/real estate developers, who shall perform said acts with reference to his/her employer's property, and receive compensation therefore, shall not be deemed engaged in the practice of real estate service.

We have finally witnessed the wolf putting on a cloak that mimics the sheep's appearance. The transformation is both dramatic and ridiculous because it's the same set of wolves. The lead wolf with a sheep's cloak, being known for its folly, even showed off his new cloak to the shepherd. The wolf with a new cloak is expected to soon be crawling right away into the valley he used to know to be full of vulnerable sheeps. He didn't know the valley is now full of shepherds who protect the sheeps. The wolf ends up on the pan grill.

AIPO FORMATION HISTORY TRIVIA: 26 November 2010, the date when the 10 infamous masterminds of PhilRES, who appointed their own selves to be the Board of Trustees and Officers of the AIPO, have submitted a full lobby lobbying in PRC for them to be accredited as the AIPORESP. These self-appointed individuals are presumptuous and unauthorized representatives of the democracy of the RESPs. The paperwork they submitted to PRC shows they are backed by 126 followers, but recent inquiry shows some of the names even denied their affiliation with PhilRES and didn't even know how their names were dragged into the PhilRES list.

COMMENTATOR 1: Sir grabe pala talaga ang struggle, sorry ngayon ko lang na found ang page nyo e. Dati wala talaga akong alam sa nangyayari. kung maipapakita lang po siguro natin na solido tayo na wag i exempt ang developer, kasi this means na wala tayo trabaho neto, sayang ang license natin pang badge na lang, baka matauhan si Ong hindi na rin nya mainsert ang any provisions na makakasira sa industry na sya pa naman ang CHAIRMAN. by bending to the desires of these developers para na rin sinasarado ang kanyang office na PRBRES, kasi wala na sya i cha-chair pa. Pinatay na nya ang mga members nya. Alam nya ba yan? Malamang alam nya matalino naman sya. At siguro naman hindi nya gagawin ang makakasira sa industry na sya ang CHAIRMAN. praying and crossing my fingers.

COMMENTATOR 2: Perhaps the person-in-charge of this mess is already planning his long time retirement in the service. I doubt the RETIREMENT PAY we are talking about here will just be a meager amount. It may be BILLIONS of pesos the biggest one-time deal in the Philippines' real estate service history!

COMMENTATOR 3: I believe the money/income derived from the CPE should be handled the way the money/income derived from Lawyers' CPE are also handled. There should be public accounting. After all this involves public money and the crime that would be committed should they pocket would be estaffa. If the amount would be in millions, then its plunder! Those ignorant RESPS ought to know this. For them to proceed with caution and for them to know the kind of shame they would put not only themselves but also their respective families.

COMMENTATOR 4: Sir if they are going to kill or silence you, they are making you a hero at wala silang pinagkaiba sa pumatay kay Rizal, our national hero.

COMMENTATOR 5: We'll just focus on the INTEGRATION and the rest will follow. What good is a group without followers? Let us show the TRUE VOICE of the REAL RESPS.
