ANSWER: Kung gusto mo maging PRB-RES kailangan nominated ka ng AIPORESP Board of Trustees pero hindi mo naman kailangan na may PhD. But take note in RA 9646 Sec 6 (D) (E) hindi pwede ma nominate for PRB-RES pag ikaw ay Trustee or Officer ng AIPORESP, atsaka hindi rin pwede kapag member of the faculty of an institute, school, college or university, nor have any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in any institution or association where review classes or lectures in preparation for the licensure examination are being offered or conducted.
Side comment TRIVIA lang po. Ang PhilRES po ay Philippine INSTITUTE of Real Estate Service Practitioners. Noong binubuo po yang PhilRES, isa po ako sa mga inimbitahan maging faculty nyan, pero hindi ako sumali dahil magkataliwas po ang principle namin, si PhilRES ay KWARTA ang motibo at ako naman personally ay FREE Education ang binibigay. Yang PhilRES ay intended po yan na maging primer education and review class provider na siyang maging parang Imperial CPE Provider na lahat na CPE Provider ay magbibigay ng parang royalty sa kanya. Kaya po, pag gamitin natin ang RA 9646 Sec 6 (E), ang isang RESP na faculty or officer ng PhilRES ehh hindi po sya pwede i-nominate ng AIPORESP for PRB-RES.
