BIR charges two individuals and Dagupan City Registrar of Deeds for fake CAR


The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) today filed a criminal complaint against two
individuals, together with the Registrar of Deeds of Dagupan City, in connection with the transfer of title over a parcel of land and the improvement thereon using a falsified Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) and Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC).
