That is the traditional life cycle as a result of the existence of PAREB, REBAP, and now PHILRES. Sa akin, hayaan ko naman yan sila mag exist kasi baka meron ding mga mayayaman na RESP na maraming pera na iwawaldas sa kanila. Pero hindi ko palulusutin yang influence nila sa PRC Policies na gagawing SAPILITAN ang pag-tangkilik ng kanilang mala-garapatang pamimiga ng katas ng mga payat na RESPs.
