What is a bubble?
Pag merong bubble, the banks will foreclose the units from the developers. The result of the bubble is the units will just accumulate in the foreclosed property department of the banks who financed the construction.
So, as BROKERS, what will you do in an impending bubble? Naturally, start having yourselves accredited with the foreclosed property department of the banks.
I there is a bubble, the colorum will die a natural death; but the Brokers will be fueled by the opportunity to deal with banks.
