To avoid excuses, it has to be the Broker who will train his own people, not somebody else. Brokers have diverse focus in terms of area saturation, target type of customers, project specialization, sources of listing, etc. With this diversity, we realize that each Broker's Team have unique training requirement for their own Salespersons to gain sufficient knowledge to accomplish the unique business mission.
