ANSWER: I can't pre-empt the decision of the Joint Session of the upcoming Genuine PRB-RES and the AIPORESP on the remedies of the Integrity Review of all possibly erronously conducted exams and erroneously issued licenses. I myself have in mind some possible "REMEDIES" na tinatawag na "MANDATORY SPECIAL CPE AND SHORT EXAM" (libre eto ha) para hindi na kailangan tanggalan ng license mga nabigyan na. Pero sa Integrity Review meron talagang konti na ma strip-off talaga ang license nyan kasi marami report of fraud. IPORESP will start the sector CLEAN.

The IPORESP Integration Form
Merong IPORESP Integration Form na lalabas sa first week of August 2011. Lahat obligado kumompleto nito para ma-integrate. This is in line with the AIPORESP Formation Process. Etong Integration Form na eto, one page lang eto a back-to-back, sa front ang Integration Form, sa back 1st BOT Voting Form. Completohin nyo eto, then ipa-Notaryo, then ipadala sa IPORESP Command Center (may instruction naman sa Form eh).
Pag ma receive na ang Integration Form na pinadala ninyo, ang gagawin ng volunteer on-duty sa IPORESP Command Center (ICC) ay i-upload na agad ang name record mo sa IPORESP Directory of Recognized Members sa Official IPORESP Website (24/7 ang operation ng ICC and mag volunteer kayo kung gusto nyo tumulong). Mga covered ng Sec 20 (RA 9646 Original Text) ang maging Charter Members ng AIPORESP, automatic ang status ay "Member in Good Standing". Yung mga hindi covered ng Sec 20, ang gagawin eh ang dafault IPORESP Status nila ay "Pending Review". After nila macompleto ang Online Special CPE and Exam (libre eto ha), ma change na ang IPORESP status nila to "Presumed". Yung mga status na "Presumed", high-priority yan na ma adjudicate na ang papeles nyan ng Integrity Review, and right after ma adjudicate ang papeles na cleared ay ma change na agad ang IPORESP status sa website at magiging "Member of Good Standing" na agad. In around 3 months (Oct-Dec 2011) tapos na ang Integrity Review ng lahat na mga maximum of 20,000 RESPs (hindi pa kasali ang Salespersons).
Ang conservative estimate ko mga October-November 2011 yan lalabas ang CHED Curriculum Memo. Kung ma delay yan, then by January 2012 baka pwede pa magkaroon ng isang last Exam kung hindi pa ma publish ang CHED Curriculum Memo. I am sure by February 2012 wala nang Exam because the 4-Year Course Curriculum ay matapos na ng joint session ng PRB-RES, CHED, IPORESP, ACADEME, and ma published na ang Memo. Basta klaro ang provision ng RESA na pag meron nang CHED Curriculum, wala na dapat exam, unless merong sufficient number na applicants for exam na graduate ng 4-year course na Real Estate Service (which is impossible). See RA 9646 Sec 14 B.

Meron din Salespersons List. Dito kayo titingin sa list na eto bago nyo tanggapin ang isang Salesperson applicant. Pag nasa list na yan, ibig sabihin eh Salesperson yan ng ibang Broker, so kausapin nyo muna ang Broker nyan bago mo paki-alaman yang applikante na yan para hindi kayo mag-away ng Broker nyan.
Pag ang Status mo sa IPORESP ay pending Integrity Review, click mo lang yang "Pending Review" and you will jump to a page na merong FREE Online Special CPE and Short Exam. Pag ma complete mo ang Online Exam, maging Presumed na yang IPORESP Status mo within 24 hours. Pag ma clear na ng Integrity Review Committee ang papeles mo, maging Member of Good Standing na yang IPORESP Status mo. Remember ha, walang bayad ang whole process para makakuha ng Good Standing status, walang membership fee na sinisingil ang IPORESP (mag ingat sa mga scam dyan sa labas na nagbebenta ng membership fee para makakuha kayo ng Good Standing Status).

Meron din question kung interested ka maging isa sa 25 niminees for PRB-RES, answeran nyo lang po ng YES or NO. Pag answer nyo po ay YES, isa po kayo na 100% sure na mapadalhan ng IPORESP ng invitation to file formal application kapag ready na po ang working table ng position at nasa tamang panahon na na dapat na kayo mag apply.
