Dealing with Brokers Associated with REBAP and PAREB is Discouraged

Selective Lawfulness Anomaly. It appears that the Associations (special mention PAREB and REBAP), who claim to be "law-abiders and licensees", are still conducting CPE and SEMINARS without AIPO CPE Council yet. The public has to be informed NOT TO DEAL with RESPs who are associated with PAREB and REBAP because these people are capable of selecting obedience/disobedience to the Laws and Ethics in Real Estate Service.
