Ang basis po ng GOOD Standing sa IPORESP ay Disciplinary Status. Pag currently on suspension or expulsion status ka, hindi ka ma issuehan ng Certificate of Good Standing. Hindi po BAYAD ang basehan. Ginawa po natin etong ganito kasi hindi popwede na ang nagigipit na kasamahan natin ay hindi natin ma issuehan ng CGA pag wala siyang pera kasi kailangan nya yan para mag renew ng license.
IPORESP CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING
IPORESP BY-LAWS Section 3.3. A member of IPORESP shall be issued a Certificate of Good Standing by the CEO or anyone authorized by the CEO upon request, after submitting an updated IIF, provided that the member is currently not on disciplinary status (i.e. suspension or expulsion). So that PRC will no longer require a Certificate of Good Standing for members who renew their license, the IPORESP shall submit to the PRC in a timely manner the list of members who are currently on disciplinary status. The members, customers of members, clients of members, or any third party (such as credit background investigators) who inquire about the standing of an IPORESP member must submit an authority to release information from the member and shall pay the prescribed fee to IPORESP for the extra service of generating a status report certificate. Non-payment of contributions (i.e. membership fees, election fees, activity fees, and any kind of fees) and non-patronization of products and services being offered by IPORESP shall never be used as basis to prejudice a member’s right to renew his/her license because livelihood and practice of profession is a Constitutional Right of every individual.
